Having Problem with your net?

If you having problem to get into several website,it maybe coz of spyware..But,If you scaned your whole computer with antivirus but nothing found.What you will do.
Well you may try these step:(its better than blaming your domain)
1) Switch of the modem, unplug all the cables.
2) Take your telephone set and connect directly to the wall socket. Make sure there is a stable dial tone.
**If there is a noisy or interruption sound, please call 100 and select ?Telephony and Data Services? to lodge a complain regarding on the dial tone.
**If there is a stable dial tone, please proceed to the steps as follows:

3) Unplug the telephone set from the wall socket.
4) Bypass splitter/micro filter/fax machine/lightning protector. Make a direct connection from the wall socket to your modem. Replug all the cables and switch on the modem.
5) Make sure all the lights on the modem is stable.
6) Flush DNS (Domain Name Server)
For Windows XP:
- Click on "Start" button, go to "run"
- Type "command", click "OK"
- Type in "ipconfig /flushdns", then press "Enter"
- Make sure the result is "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver cache"
- Type "exit" and press "Enter" to close the window screen

For Windows Vista:
- Click on "Start" button, go to "Accessories"
- Click on "Command Prompt"
- Type in "ipconfig /flushdns", then press "Enter"
- Make sure the result is "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver cache"
- Type "exit" and press "Enter" to close the window screen


7) Switch off the modem, unplug/re-plug all cables, wait for 5 to 10 minutes before switching on the modem.
8) Configure DNS (Domain Name Server).


9) Clear Temporary Files, Delete Cookies and Delete Files under Internet Options.
10) Clear SSL Certificates (Internet Option).
- Click on "Tools"
- Select "Internet Options"
- Click on "Content" tab
- Click on "Clear SSL State"

11) Restore default browser settings.
- Click on "Tools"
- Select "Internet Options"
- Select "Advanced"
- Click on "Restore Defaults"

12) Temporarily disable firewall settings.
13) Perform Windows scan (Disc Clean Up and Disc Defragemter).
14) Temporarily disable antivirus software.
15) Disable P2P application.
16) Reboot computer and the modem.
